Fukuoka is a city bursting with a vibrant food and drink scene. Walk down the streets and small cafes and shops greet you with tempting sweets and the tantalizing smell of grilled food and baked goods.

When it comes to cafes, the city has something for everyone. There are tiny, cozy spaces that serve handcrafted coffees, large, sprawling cafes that are perfect for meet-ups with friends, cat cafes and hedgehog cafes for when you need a dose of cuteness in your life… Believe me, you can find lots of amazing cafes in Fukuoka!

I have spent the last few years scouting out cafes for every occasion, so I’m excited to share my favorites with you! In this post, I introduce 5 cafes that are perfect for remote work.
It’s not easy finding a place that has fast and free wifi, charging ports, and enough space to be able to work leisurely without feeling rushed, but these locations fit the bill.
Add these places to your list the next time you are looking for a place to work, or just pop in whenever for an enjoyable cafe experience!
